So maybe, just maybe, those of us in Illinois aren't actually eating all the sweets, we just WANT to eat them.But I'm eating them for sure.The most sweet-obsessed state in the U.S. is Pennsylvania... which is home to the land of Kisses and Twizzlers... Hershey, so that makes complete sense!Following Illinois, we have California, Vermont, Hawaii and New York.
