Hell, they could probably catch up to it on foot.</p><p>But more importantly, why did the person steal that thing in the first place? I guess you really can sell anything on the black market. However, I would think the demand for stolen boom lifts can’t be very high.</p><p>There’s also the possibility that some young rascal just wanted to take it for a joy ride but got caught. It’s not like that sort of thing doesn’t happen every now and then. Just last year, a 10-year-old boy was caught taking construction equipment for a <a href="https://wsvn.com/news/us-world/10-year-old-takes-construction-equipment-for-a-joyride-through-pittsburgh-neighborhood/">joy ride through a Pittsburgh neighborhood</a>.</p><p>Whatever the case may be, the person on the boom lift is in a heap of trouble.
