In the third quarter, Dutchtown extended its lead to 21-7.Morrow plays at Hughes this Friday and plays host to Banneker Nov. 1.Douglass 50, North Clayton 6: North Clayton (3-6, 1-5 in Region 5-AAA) lost its fourth straight game Friday in a 50-6 loss to Douglass.North Clayton has a bye week before closing the 2024 season Oct. 31 against Mt. Zion, which lost 27-6 at Luella Friday.Towers 34, Utopian Academy of the Arts 0: Utopian, in its first season, dropped to 0-8 overall and 0-4 in Region 4-A Division 1 after Friday’s lost to Towers.Utopian has a bye week before going on the road to play McNair Nov. 1. Utopian plays host to Jasper County Nov. 8 to close out the season.
