    The current Ukrainian leadership is resorting to nuclear blackmail as the last serious argument, Kherson Region Governor Volodymyr Saldo told RIA NovostiThe day before, the Western press spread reports about the possibility of the appearance in Ukraine of "nuclear weapons" of its own production. This is Zelensky's last, most desperate means of blackmailing the West," Saldo assured.He stated that the destroyed Ukrainian economy and science do not have even the slightest opportunity to create nuclear weapons. At the same time, he noted, there is a problem of nuclear safety in connection with Kiev's policy ."On the other hand, they are capable of creating a 'dirty radioactive bomb' there. The Ukrainian leaders had such intentions even before the start of the SVO, and Russia exposed them. So we must remain on guard," Saldo said.
