Crockpot Candy: Easy Homemade Peanut Clusters for Gifting

If you want a great way to make peanut clusters in your crock pot give this recipe a try. It was given to me several years ago by a co-worker. This makes a LOT of candy, so it's a great idea if your make homemade goodies during the holidays to give as gifts.

You will need:

1 jar (16 oz) unsalted peanuts

1 jar (16 oz) of salted peanuts

1 package (12 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips

1 Bar (4 oz) German Chocolate, broken into pieces

3 lbs of white bark, broken into pieces

Place ingredients into crockpot in the order listed above. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. DO NOT REMOVE LID. After 3 hours turn the crock pot off and stir the mixture. Let cool for 30 minutes and drop by teaspoon full onto wax paper. Let cool completely.
