With one day left in the first part of New Jersey’s annual black bear hunt, 346 animals have been killed. So far, 166 bears were taken in Sussex County, 90 in Warren, 63 in Morris, 19 in Passaic, six in Hunterdon and two in Bergen, according to figures from the state Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Fish & Wildlife section.
