O'Donnell's eldest daughter was charged with child neglect after police found her 11-month-old son in a home full of meth pipes, feces, and garbage. Chelsea has been charged with four felony counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, possession of meth, and possession of THC. 'I tried to ask her more questions and you could tell that Chelsea was not being honest whatsoever.
