The Cowgirls would fall to Detroit Lakes, 2-0, before sweeping Park Rapids Area and Pequot Lakes to end the day. </p><p>Thursday marked the finish of a spectacular regular season that saw Breckenridge amass a 23-4 record, including a 9-1 mark in Section 6A and a 7-1 mark in the Heart O’ Lakes Conference. </p><p>Breckenridge enters Section 6A playoffs as the No. 1 seed in the north half of the bracket. The section features three other teams ranked in the top 20 of Minnesota’s Class 1A — Hillcrest Lutheran Academy, Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa and West Central Area.</p></div></body>
