The Gators almost found the equalizer a few minutes later, but Bella Cowen's (Louisville, Ky./Kentucky Country Day School) shot attempt was saved.Denison added to their lead early in the second. After Rowan O'Toole (Glen Burnie, Md./Archbishop Spalding) made the initial stop, the Big Red followed up on the rebound to make it 2-0. The Gators had a pair of corners in the quarter but were unable to convert on the opportunities as they trailed 2-0 at halftime.O'Toole made three stops in the third to keep the score 2-0. Caroline Smith (Colorado Springs, Colo./Liberty) had a chance off a penalty corner in the final minute, but her shot went just wide of the net.In the fourth, the Big Red tacked on two more goals as they defeated the Gators 4-0.Inside the Box<ul><li>Denison had goals in the first and second quarters and two in the fourth.</li><li>Cowen, Smith and Emily Robles (Burlington Township, N.J./Burlington Township) had shots on goal.</li><li>O'Toole finished with 14 saves.</li><li>The Gators earned three penalty corners. </li></ul>News and Notes<ul><li>Allegheny is now 0-7 all-time against Denison. </li></ul>The Gators are on the road at Kenyon Saturday (Oct. 26).</div></body>
