FROSTBURG, Md. – The Frostburg State Field Hockey team put up a valiant fight in a narrow 2-1 overtime loss to No. 3 East Stroudsburg on Saturday. In front of an excited Homecoming Weekend crowd, FSU looked to rebound from their 5-1 loss to the Warriors just a few weeks earlier. The early minutes featured little in the way of chances, as the Bobcats were the first to put together some consistent attacking play, earning back-to-back corners six minutes in. On the latter, sophomore Emma Price was the one to insert, as the ball worked its way to junior Paige Leitzel at the edge of the arc, firing a ball onto Price's stick and into the back of the cage for a 1-0 lead.
