<body><div><p>PennDOT says Carter Avenue in Indiana Borough and White Township will be closed to traffic from Tuesday through Thursday this week for drainage work and next week it will close again for paving, from Monday the 28th through Thursday the 31st.</p><p>The agency also reminds drivers that there is no left turn onto Hospital Road in front of the KCAC. Instead, the detour remains in effect from Wayne Avenue, behind the KCAC on Pratt Drive, and straight through the intersection onto Hospital Road. The pedestrian detour also remains in effect in front of the KCAC.</p><p>Carter Avenue, which connects South 6th Street to Wayne Avenue, closed in May but reopened in August in time for the Indiana County Fair. The work is scheduled for completion this fall, as soon as the end of the week.</p></div></body>
