will certainly quench your thirst and craving for a pumpkin spice taste. The beverage is super easy to make, economical compared to famous coffee shops,

• 1 cup strong brewed coffee chilled
• 1/3 cup pure pumpkin puree
• 1 cup milk of choice, whole or use half milk and half skim for skinny) coconut milk or almond milk is a great substitute also
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup or use any sugar-free syrup
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon of sugar of choice, for sugar-free use to taste
• 2 cups ice
• Optional: add a shot of liqueur, IE: Amaretto, Kahlua, Frangelico, Macadamia Nut, Cinnamon Schnapps, or French Vanilla liqueur on top when serving, or a shot of espresso
• Garnish: whipped cream for topping sprinkle cinnamon for top

Directions:

1. Make sure the strong brewed coffee is very cold.
2. Using a blender place the ice, coffee, and milk then place on the pulse for around 5 seconds or until smooth..
3. Stir in the remaining ingredients ( if not thick enough add more ice and pulse again).
4. Garnish with whipped cream and extra cinnamon.
