Now, they say she is wanted in a homicide that happened earlier this month. Police are asking for the public's help in locating Osamaria Madison, 18. She is a suspect in a deadly Oct. 4 shooting that happened in the 2600 block of Greenwood Road. Tracy Chapman, 43, was shot multiple times as he rode in a car with another man. Police said the driver of another car pulled up and blocked their path.Two females got out and tried to get into Chapman's car. Several shots were fired, killing Chapman.Madison is also wanted in connection with an attempted murder and home invasion. Officers say that took place in 2023 on Gavin Lane in West Shreveport.Anyone with information on Madison's whereabouts is asked to to contact Crimestoppers at (318) 673-7373.</div></body>
