Before we move on to the final phase, show jumping, all of the three-star and five-star horses must present before the Ground Jury one final time at the last Horse Inspection which starts at 9:30 a.m. with the three-star field. The five-star horse inspection will follow immediately after. In the three-star, we saw a new leader emerge in Sharon White with the 8-year-old Westphalian mare Jaguars Duende (Jaguar Mail x Latina), whom White co-owns with Sandy Niles, Anita Antenucci, and Beth Lendrum. With only one point separating them and the second-place pair, Sharon and "Jag" don't have a rail to spare. Show jumping will run in reverse order beginning at 11:35 a.m. Once the new three-star winner takes their victory lap, all eyes will turn toward the five-star at 3:00 p.m. Currently, Oliver Townend and Karyn Shuter, Angela Hislop, and Val Ryan's 17-year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding Ballaghmor Class (Courage II x Kilderry Place) are in the lead with a 31.3. They would need to keep all the rails in tact to hold onto their position on the leaderboard, as both second and third-place are very close behind.
