The Johnnies placed 17th with 525 points.Sophomore Vincent Kaluza (Cold Spring, Minn./Rocori) led SJU in 55th place out of 436 runners with an 8k time of 25:23.Senior Eamon Cavanaugh (Oak River, Ill./Oak River and Park Forest) was next in 103rd (25:48), followed by junior Aiden Chalmers (Chaska, Minn./Minnetonka) in 136th (26:09) and sophomore Cole Stencel (Mapleton, Minn./Maple River) in 147th (26:13). Junior Nick St. Peter (Maple Grove, Minn.) rounded out the Johnnies' five in 172nd (26:27).Senior Ethan Leonard (Chaska, Minn.) led the rest of SJU's contingent in the Blue Division race with an 111th-place finish out of 407 runners with a time of 27:35.The Johnnies return to competition in two weeks with the 2024 MIAC Championships on Saturday, Nov. 2, in Northfield. The men's race begins at noon on the St. Olaf campus.</div></body>
