The driver of the vehicle remained on-scene and is fully cooperating with the investigation.</p><p>The Collinsville Police Department requested the assistance of the Metro East Crash Assistance Team (MECAT) to complete a full investigation of the accident. No additional information is being released at this time, pending the completion of the MECAT investigation.</p></div></body>
