The New England Patriots were handed their sixth straight loss on Sunday, as they fell to the Jacksonville Jaguars 32-16 at Wembley Stadium in London, England.

New England's offense had a few good drives, but they struggled to do much for most of the day.

Drake Maye completed 70.3% of his passes for 276 yards and two touchdowns while taking two sacks. He was lucky to not have at least two interceptions with K.J. Osborn preventing a potential pick-six and a Jaguars safety Andre Sisqo dropping another interception in Jacksonville territory.

Maye's top target on the day was Hunter Henry, who brought in eight passes for 92 yards. He also found Osborn and JaMycal Hasty for his two touchdowns.

Rookie wideout Ja'Lynn Polk had another tough game, failing to bring in any of his targets, and he fell down on a two-point conversion that could've cut it to a one-score game in the fourth quarter. He ended the game with a head injury.

The offense couldn't get anything going on the ground. Maye was the team's best rusher for a second straight week, rushing for 18 yards on three attempts. Rhamondre Stevenson, Antonio Gibson and JaMycal Hasty combine for 20 yards on 1.7 yards per attempt.

New England's defense had a horrible afternoon in London. Trevor Lawrence completed 15 of his 20 attempts for 193 yards and a score. His lone touchdown was to Brian Thomas Jr. who was wide open due to a miscommunication in the secondary.

Thomas also beat Patriots cornerback Christian Gonzalez for a 58-yard deep shot early in the game.

The worst part of New England's defensive effort was their inability to stop the run despite Travis Etienne not playing. The duo of Tank Bigsby and D'Ernest Johnson rushed for 156 yards and two touchdowns on 4.5. Jacksonville was able to move the ball on the ground at will, even rushing 17 straight times. That's simply unacceptable.

Even the special teams wasn't great, allowing a punt return touchdown.

This loss drops the Patriots to 1-6 on the season, and this one feels more embarrassing, considering they had a two-score lead but blew it to a team that also entered the game with just one win.
