According to police, a known female suspect flagged down the victim and invited him into a vehicle. After a brief conversation, a male suspect emerged from the back seat holding a firearm.</p><p>An argument and physical altercation ensued, and the male suspect fired two shots, striking the victim in the leg. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition. Both suspects are in custody, and the Major Assaults Division is continuing the investigation.</p><p>It is unclear at this time if the suspects were attempting to rob the victim.
