According to Schuylkill County Coroner David Moylan, the driver, 67-year-old Jeffrey Urban, of Kline Township, was heavily entrapped and had to be cut out of the vehicle by emergency personnel. Urban was pronounced at the scene by a Schuylkill County Deputy Coroner.The female passenger in the vehicle also had to be extricated and transferred to a medical helicopter and flown for her injuries.The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville are investigating the crash and have not released any details as of this posting.</div></body>
