Hochul caused high prices! This is what they do..purposely cause a problem so we will be more dependent on the government!

I'm over here near Buffalo New York, out in farm country. I am only home at my small apartment 10 days a month the rest of the time I'm at my mother's house trying to fix up the house since my father died because nobody else in my family will do it. so when I leave every single thing in my tiny apartment is unplugged which even when I'm there I don't have a lot plugged in so the only thing is plugged in other refrigerator and stove I would like to know how my bill is $200? it everybody else in my apartment buildings electric bill is around 75? and no the company will not hire an electrician to come figure it out because national grid said it's not their problem and I make $12,000 a year I could use the help
