Mark Bacino On New LP "Top Of The World," Future Projects & More - "Paltrocast" Exclusive

Over the past few decades, beyond his work as a solo artist with both domestic and international album releases, New York-based musician Mark Bacino has worked with GRAMMY-winning, GRAMMY-nominated and Platinum-selling songwriters. He is also owner of The Queens English Recording Co., a boutique studio-music production house where he produces fellow artists and composes for TV and advertising projects. And if that is not enough, Bacino also serves as Producer of New Media and Audio Content for Queens Public Television in New York City, where he has earned two Emmy nominations for his audio engineering work and hosts both the Queens Creative and Queens County USA podcasts.

Top Of The World is the latest full-length from Mark Bacino, as released earlier this year via both Parasol Records and Japan's ThisTime Records. Fans of prior Bacino releases like Pop Job, The Million Dollar Milkshare and Queens English can not only expect the 1960s and 1970s-style melodic rock and power pop stylings Bacino is often associated with on Top Of The World, yet also some influence from Harry Nilsson and Randy Newman; case in point, the music video for album track "Kaylee Hughes" is embedded below.
