Pedestrian killed crossing street in Northwest Baltimore on Sunday morning.

A pedestrian was hit by a car and killed Sunday morning in Northwest Baltimore.

Officers responded around 10:35 a.m. to the 5200 block of Park Heights Avenue near the Pimlico Good Neighbors and Arlington neighborhoods, where the driver remained on the scene, Baltimore Police said. The victim was hit while crossing the street and taken to Sinai Hospital, where he was declared dead, police said.
