Always getting everyone to laugh and smile.“He was very proud of how far he came! An awesome friend. Always looking out for everyone he knew and loved. Truly an amazing person.”According to a GoFundMe fundraiser, to add to the family’s tragedy, Ruley’s mother just had her second major neck surgery and has been out of work. His father was just laid off after many years with the same company. In addition to Massachusetts State Police, Kingston Fire/EMS also responded to the scene and Massachusetts State Police and Kingston Police are investigating the crash.</div></body>
