<body><div> A RAPPER who went viral for a remix of the children’s song Baby Shark has been shot and killed. Cops found the artist’s body in a building, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Cops arrested Mahamood Hassan, 24, and he now faces a murder charge, per <a href="https://eu.dispatch.com/story/news/crime/2024/10/19/columbus-police-investigating-fatal-shooting-in-victorian-village/75750354007/" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank"> The Columbus Dispatch </a> . Hassan initially fled the scene of the shooting, but cops arrested him a few blocks away. But, he was identified as a suspect after witnesses gave police information about his clothes and appearance, according to court docs. Hassan has had previous run-ins with the law. He has previously been hit with a trespassing charge and two theft charges. Robinson’s brother, known as Lil Goat, has been left heartbroken. <nbtemplate data-id="AdPlaceholder" data-content="JTdCJTdE"></nbtemplate> “‘Not my lil brother man. I’m still waiting for you to call me and tell me this whole thing is a joke,” he wrote on <a href="https://www.the-sun.com/topic/instagram/" rel="nofollow"> Instagram </a> . “My heart is f**king broken, I’ll never be the same.” He spoke about how the pair used to rap while in school. “We went from rapping at the lunch table together in middle school, to becoming superstars,” he said. “We slept on the floor together, we ate together, we fought together, signed our first deal together. “I love you bro, and as long as I’m alive you’ll never die.” <h2 class="wp-block-heading"> TRIBUTES PAID </h2> Tributes have been paid to the rapper. Pal Jared Krumm posted on Instagram: “We lost you way too soon. <nbtemplate data-id="AdPlaceholder" data-content="JTdCJTdE"></nbtemplate> “There was never a dull moment with you whether we were in the studio, chilling in Jake ‘s basement, or even riding in the car to McDonald’s.” Krumm said the rapper had an <a href="https://www.the-sun.com/topic/energy/" rel="nofollow"> energy </a> that wouldn’t be forgotten. Robinson’s remix of Baby Shark was released in 2022 and has been watched millions of times. He had more than 100,000 subscribers on <a href="https://www.the-sun.com/topic/youtube/" rel="nofollow"> YouTube </a> and produced more than 150 videos. His last upload was the song Polyamorous which featured the American TV host Justina Valentine. Robinson also produced content alongside Lil Goat and Einer Bankz. </div></body>
