    Duh. Needed a study to confirm the obvious. And other studies indicate that it’s lower income people that play the lottery and do sports gambling. The state causes more and more fiscal harm to its citizens.

    How much money did the state spend on this study? Of course frequent gamblers have a problem if they didn’t they wouldn’t be frequent gamblers.
