    look how small that guy is. my thing is they could have subdued him and called the cops. there were several people on there they all could have held him down. you have to think of the mindset of someone who is choking the life out of another person. if I was on the jury I would want to know what the chokers actions were afterwards. was he remorseful like crying omg what did I do I didn't mean to kill him, was he smug, happy, nonchalant? I want to know how he felt afterwards that would tell me everything!
