Erin Connolly capitalized with a backwards kick into the net.With the score reading 2-0 at the half, Wisconsin was leading in shots (11-2), shots-on-goal (3-0), and corners (2-0).Second HalfThe halftime break did not stop Wisconsin’s stride as Maia Richters scored the team’s third goal in the 64th minute.In the 79th minute Ashley Martinez earned a penalty kick and capitalized with a no-doubter into the net.The Badgers fought until the very end with Jenna Baumann scoring her first career goal with 3 seconds left on the clock.Wisconsin had the statistical advantage throughout the match leading in shots (19-3), shots-on-goal (7-0), and corners (6-1).Wisconsin will host the Michigan Wolverines on Oct. 27 in the last home game of the regular season.</div></body>
