    We shouldn’t be paying taxes for land kept for elites only. I’m sure the politicians are getting paid off as usual.

    Eminent Domain. Land ownership can't block access to the Pacific Ocean no reason for local land owners to block the Buttes from the public. Yuba City sponsors motorcycle races and the Sikhi festival. Only 2 draws for tourism I know of.
