    Anyone can track an F-22 these days. Getting a weapons grade target lock is another story. Same problem the S-400 has. It can see the 35 and 22 but the Radar Cross Section is too small to lock on because it uses a combination of low and high band radar. Low band can detect it but a target lock requires the high band frequency to be able to hold on the target. Tough to do when the RCS is the size of a golf ball
