This after a backlash over a transgender ad campaign that angered some conservatives.WHOLE FAMILY IS A-B“I’m honored,” said Johnson, a member of the Tri-County Labor Club’s Executive Board. “Growing up in the 80s everybody worked at A-B. My whole family worked at A-B. My whole family is A-B.”In the minute-and-a-half long commercial, Johnson talks about the difference A-B has made in his family’s lives throughout the years. The video shows three members of the Johnson family working alongside each other at the brewery during the entire spot.PASSION“My father used to always say that what we had was because this company gave him a job,” Johnson explains in the commercial. “He loved it… everything about his job. He gave me that passion. ”Johnson said he was hired shortly after his dad passed away in 2006.“I said ‘I did it Dad,’” Johnson says in the commercial. “‘I did it.’ And I thought ‘I’m going to walk in those same shoes that he did’ so I carry his ID with me every day. Now my daughter Heather (Land) and my nephew Adam (Jones) are also brewers. And what guy gets to go to work and hang out with his family?
