Desperate times require desperate measures. This situation is the result of profoundly bad decisions by the Browns' front office regarding a huge guaranteed contract to a QB that had known off field issues that are obviously effecting his play. This huge contract makes it difficult to rebuild the ailing franchise due to salary cap constraints. The fish rots from the head so the Browns need a thorough house cleaning of their management team.
