    Road works project on State 116 is completed on time

    WINNECONNE – Construction on State 116 is finished.

    Commuters will no longer experience lane closures after the Wisconsin Department of Transportation announced the completion of the $1.3 million project between the village of Winneconne to U.S. 45 in the town of Winneconne.

    The road works project served as a resurfacing-level improvement, which included the milling of existing pavement and the repair of the eastbound lanes of State 116 east of Harbour South Drive.
