Deputies learned that a man in his 30s was inside the home, and their first attempts to contact him were unsuccessful.

Crisis negotiators and the sheriff’s special enforcement team were called to the home. Sometime around 11:45 a.m. the man surrendered to law enforcement and was detained.

The bodies of a man and a woman were found inside the home by deputies while they searched the home.

Deputies are naming the man detained from the home as the sole suspect.
