Artist and arts advocate Jeff Bell, executive director of the North Carolina Arts Council and former executive director of the Vollis Simpson Whirligig Park, helped judge the national multimedia juried exhibition, a show of 2D and 3D artwork.

A large crowd was on hand to view the amazing collection at this alcohol-free event, and social distancing patrons were welcome. Normal Thursday reception hours are 6-8 p.m., but this event took place from 5-7 p.m. The show will run until Nov. 3.

The Edna Boykin Cultural Center hosted ACT for Youth’s production of “Into the Woods,” directed by Seth Greene, from Oct. 18-20.
