Hannah Bishop is charged with abandoning animals. The misdemeanor charge was filed against Bishop in Warren Municipal Court on Tuesday.

It stems from Saturday’s removal of the dogs named Honey and Scrappy from a house on Forest Street NE.

Police say the interior of the home was dilapidated and covered in trash, urine and feces. A half-eaten cat was also found upstairs.
