    Nordstrom Rack is coming to Brevard. Find out where and when

    The popular fashion retailer Nordstrom announced Tuesday it will open one of its Nordstrom Rack stores in Brevard County next year.

    Nordstrom Rack sells on-trend apparel, accessories, beauty products, home décor and more at up to 70 percent off, according to a press release. The company also will open a store in Sarasota in 2026.

    “We look forward to being a part of the Melbourne and Sarasota communities and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices," said Gemma Lionello, President of Nordstrom Rack. "We're excited to grow our footprint in these regions and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience."

    Where in Brevard County will Nordstrom Rack be?

    It will be l ocated in The Avenue Viera.

    The 24,000-square-foot store will be near The Paper Store, likely in the former location of Bed, Bath and Beyond.

    "We are thrilled to welcome Nordstrom Rack to The Avenue Viera, " said Jeffrey Law, General Manager at The Avenue Viera. "The arrival of this renowned brand continues our dedication to offering a diverse and premium shopping experience for the Space Coast community and beyond."

    When will Nordstrom Rack open in Brevard?

    Not until fall 2025.

    What started as a shoe store in 1901 as grown into a haven for fashionistas all over the world. Currently, Florida has six Nordstrom stores and 19 Nordstrom Rack locations.
