As police investigated they discovered Scott to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.During the same investigation police also allege 51-year-old Bradley Harriet was also in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.Both have been charged with being in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
