HATTIESBURG, Miss. ( WHLT ) – Southern Miss and Jackson State will compete in an exhibition contest at the Reed Green Coliseum, and the event will benefit Extra Table , a statewide nonprofit food bank.

Tipoff is slated for 6 p.m. on Monday, October 28.

The game is included in the season ticket packages. All single game tickets will be sold at the normal rate with all net proceeds from those sales going to Extra Table.

The nonprofit delivers food to 63 food pantry and soup kitchen partners across Mississippi every month at no cost to them.
