The charge came after Waterbury police said he was on supervised release when he ran from them while holding his waistband on July 24, 2023.

Once apprehended, Jamison was found to be carrying fentanyl, carfentanil, and crack cocaine. Police also reported finding a loaded firearm which he had discarded while attempting to flee.

According to the office of the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, Jamison has been detained since his arrest. He pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

He was sentenced to 33 months of imprisonment for the July 2023 offenses, plus a consecutive six months for violating the conditions of his supervised release.
