    Person hospitalized after hit-and-run crash in South Linden

    COLUMBUS, Ohio ( WCMH ) — One person is hospitalized after being struck by a hit-and-run driver Thursday night in the South Linden section of Columbus.

    According to Columbus police, the crash happened at approximately 7:08 p.m. near the intersection of East 13th Avenue and Cleveland Avenue.

    The victim was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

    Police said the driver fled the scene but was later caught and taken to the hospital in a stable condition.
