    VENICE — As season nears, there’s uncertainty about the status of regularly scheduled events in the aftermath of hurricanes Helene and Milton.

    We can resolve some of it.

    Sun Fiesta, sponsored by the Women’s Sertoma Club of Venice, has been rescheduled for Jan. 10-12 downtown.Make A Difference Day, which had been planned for Oct. 26, likely will be rescheduled for January, too.The Farmers Market resumes Oct. 26 by City Hall, 401 W. Venice Ave.Venice MainStreet’s Friday Night Concerts in the Park started up again Oct. 25.The Halloween Strut, sponsored by Venice MainStreet and the Venice Lions Club, is on Oct. 31 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. downtown.The 36th Annual Downtown Venice Art Festival is from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 2-3.The annual Christmas tree lighting in West Blalock Park has been canceled due to damage to the trees.
