    Hope for Suffolk celebrates $20,000 TowneBank grant

    On Wednesday, Oct. 9, local nonprofit Hope for Suffolk celebrated a check presentation from TowneBank. Presented by TowneBank Chesapeake President Dave Hare, the non-profit that employs high school interns through its farm work program while learning job and life skills received a $20,000 grant from the banking company. TowneBank has also supported the purchase of a well and other capital projects at the Godwin Boulevard facility.
