<body><div><figure><img src="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?type=thumbnail_580x000&amp;url=2knkSc_0wNgk1tG00" alt="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=2knkSc_0wNgk1tG00" width="1000" height="561" ></figure><p>The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County will be having a pair of Soul Strolls this week to honor the community’s ancestors.</p><p>The Soul Strolls will be Friday, November 1, at 6pm and 8pm at Riverside Cemetery, the city’s largest burial ground.</p><p>The walking tour will cover approximately one mile and will last approximately 90 minutes. Each tour will be limited to 25 people. Tickets are $15 per person and $12 for museum members. You can purchase tickets at the Pennyroyal Area Museum or online through their Shopify store.</p><p>Located on North Main and Metcalfe streets, Riverside Cemetery became Hopkinsville’s official resting place in 1854. With its first grave in a small family plot in 1837, this graveyard has grown to include 65 acres and close to 25,000 burials.</p></div></body>
