are we really talking about transparency? I have an idea, why don't you allow people to record clerk magistrates hearings and judicial hearings on civil matters like a f****** traffic violation, right? you're still willing to charge people with illegal wiretap when we request the citation yet we can't have the citation that an idiot prosecutor wearing a state police uniform is reading aloud as it's entered as evidence but the public cannot have a copy of it? that's f****** b*******. in addition, why can't we have the body camera and dash cam videos within time and a reasonable be as in not more than 20 or $25? an article by Fox News said these police departments are charging over $100,000 for videos and hundreds to thousands of dollars for those body cams/cam videos which contain exculpatory evidence for the defense, right? how about going after those m************?
