    Some of these issues I have due to trauma… never had mental issues prior to being assaulted in the military. Afterwards I have anxiety, depression, SI and a lot of zoning out and hearing mumbling noises when I try to sleep. I think it’s from trying to deal with trauma for so long it altered my brain somehow.

    Woooooo! Surely feels like it! Good thing it’s only temporary gotta look up towards the light when that stuff starts happening and walk that fine line of gray that leads to the silver lining. It’s far from the black and white that I know.
