At around 8 PM, officers saw the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop near Walgreens at 320 Park Ave.</p><p>During the investigation, officers located two loaded handguns and bags of fentanyl and cocaine.</p><p>The driver, Christian Andino-Morales, 44, was arrested and faces charges of:</p><ul><li>Carrying a Firearm without a License;</li><li>Use of a Firearm while Committing a Felony;</li><li>Improper Storage of a Firearm;</li><li>Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card;</li><li>Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute; and</li><li>Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute.</li></ul></div></body>
