FOREST, Va. – Matt Conroy won his second ODAC Defensive Player of the Week award announced by the conference office after an outstanding game vs Guilford on Saturday. Conroy, who is second in the ODAC in total tackles with 65, added five more to his junior campaign on Saturday. The five tackles are below his season average; however, he still had a major impact on defense. Conroy was credited with a quarterback hurry, and came up with his first interception of the game after the Hornets turned the ball over, forced a fumble that led to Sean Perry picking the ball off in the end zone on the next play, and had a 19-yard pick six in a dominating 42-10 win.
