Upon arrival at the scene, deputies said they learned the shooting happened at a large Halloween party. Officers from the Redding and Anderson Police Departments also responded to the scene.Law enforcement found 18-year-old male victim who was pronounced dead at the scene. Five other adult victims were taken to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries, according to SCSO.Officials said the party included underage drinking and several people fled from the scene after police arrived. Subsequently, three people were arrested in connection with resisting or obstructing a peace officer and the person suspected of being responsible for the shooting is in custody.The incident remains under investigation.
