The senior offensive guard/defensive tackle is considered the anchor of an offensive line that has helped produce an average of 342 rushing yards per game (through Oct. 31) for the Fords (9-1 overall, 7-1 Central League as of Oct. 31). Klee received first team All-Central League football honors last fall. Haverford High School football head coach Luke Dougherty said, “Alex comes from a long history of Klee brothers playing here at Haverford. He is a top-notch student and the heartbeat of our team. His personality keeps the mood light, but he is one of the most powerful linemen I have ever coached and on game day he flips that switch. He has been a huge four-year contributor in our program.” Klee also played lacrosse for the Fords as a freshman and sophomore. Off the field, he has served as a class officer at Haverford High, and his other extracurricular activities include National Honors Society, National Business Honor Society, Red and Gold Club and Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
