<body><div><p>The St Mary Cardinal competitive cheer team performed at the 2024 South Dakota State A Festival in Rapid City on Friday, October 25th. Twenty teams competed in the event between large and small teams.</p><p>The Cardinals finished 6th overall with 232.5 points. That was fourth amongst large teams. Sioux Valley placed first overall with 267.0 points. Wolsey-Wessington was second with 250.5 points. Parkston took third at 249.5 points. Winner Area placed fourth with 246.5 points, and Dell Rapids finished fifth with 238.0 points.</p><p>Reagan Griffin and Stephenie Geraets both received All-State honors.</p></div></body>
